1. Eligibility for Refund

✔️ Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Personalized Items are not eligible for refunds.
✔️ We do not offer refunds for undergarments, bodysuits, or accessories due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Process

✔️ Once approved, you must ship the item back at your own expense (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
✔️ After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
