5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

✔️ We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” Please check with your local carrier or file a claim.
✔️ If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we can reship it at your expense.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
✔️ Changes to shipping addresses can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

How do I know which size to choose?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your jeans to you ASAP. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes, but you can always return your jeans if they don’t work out (see our Returns Policy for details).
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, including the items purchased, shipping address, and estimated delivery date. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
